Jennifer Garner may play Elektra in the Marvel universe, but off-screen, she’s just like the rest of us – sometimes, she wants nothing more than to slip into her comfiest loungewear. In a recent Instagram video, Garner shared a behind-the-scenes look at her process, trying on one glamorous outfit after another only to change into a cozy sweatshirt and sweatpants.
Garner began the video standing in her closet, flanked by rails of clothing. She pulled out a puff-sleeved blazer, pairing it with a ruffled dress. “This seems too dressy for what I have going on today,” she said, chucking the outfit aside.

Silky separates

Next, Garner sifted through silky separates, holding up a bright yellow camisole and palazzo pants. “Too much silk,” she commented, moving on quickly. She tried on a paisley blouse and cropped trousers, too, but deemed them “costume-y.”

Colorful suits

Colorful suit options followed, including a blush pink suit and a seafoam green numbers, but Garner passed on all of them, stating “I’m not in a suit kind of day.” Her standards were high, that’s for sure. Eventually, Garner finally settled on a cozy navy sweatshirt and matching sweatpants. “Ah, comfiest!” she exclaimed, charmingly.
